No cookies, no forms

The website uses no cookies and does not ask for personal data: there are no forms, sign-ups or accounts. Only the language you choose and the latest copy of the menu are saved in your browser, so that you find the website in your language and the menu even without a connection.

Anonymous statistics

To know how many people visit the website and which buttons they use, we count visits and clicks anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies and without storing IP addresses: these figures cannot identify you.

Technical browsing data

Like every website, to deliver the pages the network hosting it (the Internet Computer, through the Caffeine platform) receives technical connection data such as your IP address and browser type, and uses them only to show you the pages and to protect the service.

External services

Some buttons lead to services run by other companies, which process data under their own privacy notices: for example booking (Plateform), the digital menu (Menu4U), Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and TripAdvisor. The Google map on the page loads only if you tap “Show the map”. The menu page reads the dishes from the Menu4U service when you open it.

Your rights

You can ask the data controller for access to your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict its use or to object to its processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
